Integrity: Partner Conference
Integrity saw an opportunity to bring its insurance partners together in a forum of its own. What it needed was a partner who could move from idea to execution just as quickly.
The inaugural meeting created a new platform for Integrity to connect to its community and a model it plans to build on. The experience strengthened the partnership and led to the development of Integrity’s next two events at a larger scale.
Coming out of the experience, the opportunity is clear: stronger relationships, a more connected field, and a new lever for Integrity to bring its community and partners together.
Integrity wanted to create something it hadn’t done before: a dedicated forum where agents, principals, and insurance carriers could connect, learn, and build relationships.
But there was no established playbook. Integrity had a lean internal team, an evolving vision, and a short runway. The opportunity was moving faster than the traditional planning cycle.
They didn’t need a vendor to execute the plan. They needed a partner with strong industry relationships and a willingness to get into the weeds and figure it out with them.
What changed: An idea became an event. An event became a new platform for Integrity and its partners.
Speed creates its own set of constraints. With just 13 weeks from the first phone call, decisions had to happen quickly and industry relationships had to be leaned on without losing sight of the experience Integrity wanted to create.
The brief evolved. Sponsorship grew from a simple tabletop concept to a full exhibit program. The guest count increased. Creative ideas came and went. Every decision had to balance the want to create with what could be delivered.
A Thursday call took the idea to reality. By Monday, site visits were happening and contracts were negotiated. Then the team went into full work.
What Integrity needed wasn’t another layer of process. It needed a trusted partner willing to respond quickly, make decisions, and execute.
More than 600 attendees came together across three days, including 516 Integrity principals and corporate employees and 105 sponsors.
The sponsorship program grew into a meaningful part of the experience, evolving from tabletop displays into custom-built exhibits that gave carriers a stronger presence and created more opportunities for agents to engage with them.
Creative Group built the sponsorship infrastructure, developing prospect materials and pricing guidance. The team managed over 40 invoices totaling about $500,000 on Integrity’s behalf.
Across sourcing, production, content, sponsorship, and onsite management, the team handled the tactical execution that allowed Integrity to stay focused on its partners, its content, and its business.
